We had a great stay, room is clean and spacious, beautiful view of Namsan Tower, walkable Myeongdong St, Cathedral ,Lotte Mall ,Shinsege. Easy to book uber, easy airport bus access.

Great stay with amazing staff!This hotel is in a fantastic location! The staff were so nice and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the buffet breakfast—everything tasted great and there were plenty of options. The only downside was the room furniture, which had some obvious wear and tear. If they update the rooms, this place would be perfect!

Felt rushed and all amenities were governed by rules and open hours that made little sense for a couple looking to stay a romantic 3 days. Meal hours were strictly adhered to and staff would remind you 15 minutes prior to closure to Make sure you had left. Staff would rather pawn you to telephone concierge than do it for you like in other 5 star hotels. Great locstion and the physical facilities were top notch.

Visited 4 times in last 3 yrs. We loved this place but too many people were coming in to stay nowadays and have to wait forever to get a elevators. Taking 2 elevators to go up the room also annoying. Maybe i will stay another hotel next time visiting in Korea
