The hotel is grand in size and style, everything from the lobby to the elevator is majestic. It was a bit difficult to find initially, but I blame google maps for that! Staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel isn't far from namba station, so easily accessible.

Great location easy to find 10 min walk from main train station. Friendly staff at check in. Room on smaller side with family if 5 but we were only there for 1 night so was totally fine.

An Amazing Hotel. Wonderful staff, excellent facilities and a great location. The shuttle bus service to Umeda station was very helpful.
