"Tedious and infuriating. Check in - hard work. Then woken up hours later as they hadn’t done it properly. Asked for a taxi to the airport - apparently no can do! No taxi? "We came here for a family holiday and loved this property. Beautiful Oceanview, Rooms are great and Breakfast Buffett wonderful. My only minor letdown was no regular exercise bike. Only an incumbent. It still gets 5 stars because everything else was splendid."
