I called ahead as I would be making a later arrival to verify someone would be there. The lady who answered the phone spoke as if I was wasting her time. Then at check in she was completely unpleasant. I had a less than impressive stop the time before but thought I’d give the place one more chance. Never again will I stay at the Jim Butler."

But it didn't bother her as much. Host said the place had been cleaned with Pine Sol, but there was no trace of it in the air. My other concern was regarding cleanliness. It seemed pretty clean... But how can you effectively clean and sanitize surfaces like an unfinished plywood bathroom counter?"
