"Excellent location, great pool and facilities. But they need management overhaul. The staff is alright, they seem overworked and lacked resourced. For such a big hotel with 150 villas spread over 20+ acres they had just 2 buggies for handling luggage. If this was a Asian resort they would have 10 ..."
