Ok option for near the airport. We had a flight canceled and grabbed the last room available. It was a “penthouse suite” but room was disappointing. Bathroom was large but for no reason - tiny shower. Overpaid for what we got but we just needed somewhere to regroup. Airport shuttle did get us quickly from the airport to the hotel which was a plus but going back it has to be scheduled instead of a continuous circuit which was not as helpful. Staff did get us checked in quickly and gave us some waters for the road so appreciated that.

Solid choice in Toronto. We only wish we could visit and stay more!

Our stay was very disappointing from the start. Spent 3 hrs in a traffic line at the entrance of the property just to enter. No notice of a protest was sent to us in advance of our arrival. The security team was on strike holding cars hostage. Allowing one vehicle entry every 15 mins. We were there for 3 hrs. The front desk staff did not seem to care. Said they could cancel the reservation without penalty if we wished. We were scared to leave the premises because all entrances were blocked. Last night we were in it again for 1 hr. We intended to stay longer but was glad we only booked 2 nights.

The hotel is fairly new and it was very nice. I would stay there again.

Floor was slime in the showers the first night and alot od dust was inside the reusable water bottle.
