No housekeeping. Anything we need, we’ll have to come down to the lobby to request and bring it ourself. Short stay is bearable, but for longer stay wont be comfortable.
Cant say the room is clean, i can see hair and dirt in the bathroom from previous guests. Found dirty marks in the bedsheet and towels too.
If you stay in other tower, you need buggy or other transport to go to the waterpark. All the front seats are reservation only with extra pay. The free area is really at the back and will be hard to access if you need to watch your kids in the pool.
