We had no hot water for about 1 1/2 days so that wasn't fun considering it was winter and cold! Bed wasnt as comfortable as I am used to but otherwise clean and useable kitchen facilities. Pool and gym were great

It was truly a great experience staying at 1 Hotel Melbourne. It’s beautiful inside, the pool is very nice and the rooms are well designed and clean. It’s also centrally located and easy to get to from the Southern Cross Station.

Particular thanks to Hyde-Melbourne for accommodating an unusual, autism-related request. It's easy for hotels to ignore such requests or to produce reasons that an accommodation is impossible, but the Hyde-Melbourne staff simply addressed the request and even went a bit beyond. Much appreciated.
