Practically IN Times Square, which is good. But be prepared for all night noise…beds were….no box spring. Really squeaky

The original room was old and dirty. The bed was full of hairs. They upgraded us to a room that was renovated which was much better. The room was okay but not worth the price. The pictures on the site definitely do not look the same in person. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I loved just about everything about this hotel! You can’t beat the location, right in the middle of everything. What especially surprised me was that even though it’s so close to times square, my room was always quiet. The staff were absolutely incredible and accommodating. The only complaint i have is that there was no breakfast, because the Premier is being renovated. I would have liked to know that ahead of time, but that didn’t ruin how awesome this hotel was. If I come back to NYC I’m definitely staying here again.

This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to midtown and close to my office. The rooms did feel a bit worn down and dated, but overall a clean room and an easy stay.

You book this hotel for the location. Amenities, service are ok. People are friendly and willing to help but some thing are just the way they are. AC don’t work all the time, when it did it produced a high pitched noise, there was this flashing light right above the bed that was seemingly random in its blinking pattern sometimes really bright other times not noticeable. Our first room had a view of construction equipment, second room on floor 10 was a lot better. TV stopped working after first night, two asks to fix nothing changed. It was really nice to be able to drink from the taps in the bathroom.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever visited! Service and amenities were over the top! Wonderful stay!
