Communication for picking up and dropping off key was not great. I emailed twice with no reply so ended up phoning them. Other than that the property was excellent. Close to tram stop, very clean and tidy. Great views.

It was amazing stay ... beautiful place , heaps to do , werribee zoo next door as well as the werribee mansion.. fantastic definitely be back.

The staff were very courteous and efficient and the room was spotlessly clean. However, you could hear (loud) the tv on in a neighbouring room, the footsteps in the room above us and also conversations in the corridor of the hotel. We were on level one so you could hear everything outside too. I’m thankful that we were staying on a Monday night and not a weekend.
Overall a lovely hotel, just a shame that there doesn’t appear to be any soundproofing.
