HIP Seaview Resort at Phi Phi"The hotel location is absolutely prime. One of the best views I’ve seen throughout the holiday to wake up to. I found that staff were not accommodating at all. They also charged us for a taxi to Tonsai, but when the taxi arrived they also used the taxi to transport gas cylinders and run a hotel errand (I thought this was cheeky since we paid for the private taxi). All in all, the views and the beach more made up for the staff!"
"The only really great thing about this hotel is the view from the room. There is a lot of stair to get there (you are 3/4 of the way to the viewpoint so it's a bonus) so bear that in mind. Room was average. The catch is that you have to request the room to be cleaned, otherwise no fresh towels. No trash pickup and no toilet paper.... There is also a lot of ants, especially in the bathroom..."

The beach was beautiful, though very rocky when the tide went out. the views were spectacular and the staff were all so helpful.
