The rooms are a little out dated. The bed is worn out. I could feel myself sinking into the bed. It was better to move towards the middle of the king size bed.

Nice apartment, but Hilton Village in general is horrible. Too crowded and messy. Location is far from Waikiki Centre.

It was just alright. Expected more from a Sheraton property but the rooms were dated and the bathtub/shower was tiny. Overall whole bathroom was tiny. You couldn’t sit on toilet without your knees hitting the toilet paper holder. Was a very average experience. Property is nice. Beach was great. Dinner restaurant selection on property was limited and they stop giving out towels for the pool/beach and start closing bars early in the afternoon. Will stay at Westin next time.

The staff at this resort is exceptional- kind, helpful, unobtrusive and thoughtful. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We saw sea turtles, monk seal, and a variety of species of fish while snorkeling.
