Service in the restaurants and bars was awful. Took forever to be seated and forever to get served. For the amount of money you’re spending the service should be impeccable.
I will say the ONLY restaurant on property that had great service was Carna. Their service was impeccable. If everyone at that resort could learn from them they’d be golden. Other than that restaurant, service sucked.

"The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down.
