This experience was like no other. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the staff is amazing. We had an amazing time and we plan to come back. The only thing that I would suggest is for you to book your dinners in advance the dinners at the restaurants are amazing. The buffet was under construction, so the food was not that great in the makeshift buffet. Breakfast was great.

I got the roof top very private the rooms are huge nice views big tvs double sinks even bathroom on the rooftop with a shower I was very relaxed the guy that talks about salsa to me every day with glasses they all helped me they bad anxiety made it go away by making me happy always one thing I did not like was the food sorry but was not to my tasting at all none of it. But did love seeing the monkeys while you walk thru the bridge very nice and nature they have pools in each building they are not very full either the water feels good not cold the beach has sea weed cause of the type of weather nature but you enjoy there shows the spa Ty all all who helped me if I forgot your name

The property itself is beautiful, and the staff was generally kind and welcoming. We upgraded to Privileged for $400 after being told it included access to Belovd restaurant, a separate beach area, and other perks. We arrived around 10 p.m. and were starving. The staff kindly accommodated us at Belovd, which was closing, and brought us the food they had available. We appreciated them staying open for us. The next morning, we were told we had a gift waiting at the front desk. We were then offered an exclusive package that included a complimentary 30 minute massage and one hour of hydrotherapy. We declined the package, but later tried to use the card we were given for the complimentary services. We were told it was not valid, which was disappointing. We also had a poor experience at Belovd for breakfast. We waited over 30 minutes without receiving our food or any update, despite there being no other customers. We eventually left without eating. The biggest frustration was the pool. During our entire week, we could rarely find two available chairs. Guests would place towels and belongings on chairs early in the morning and leave, and staff did not appear to enforce the no reserving policy. If you want a pool chair, be prepared to wake up very early. Overall, the resort is beautiful and our stay wasn't terrible, but the experience did not live up to our expectations, especially after paying $400 for the Privileged upgrade. Been coming here many years. Location how it blends with nature. As a scuba diver we are very close to excellent dive sites. Short boat rides. Entertainment is wonderful. Food selection is never the same night after night, like some resorts. We will be back
