I only had a short stay - long layover in Manila. The front desk, Jasmin was very accommodating of our situation. Since I mentioned our stay is only for a few hours and we could use with a speedy check in after a long flight … we were done in less done 5 minutes. That was the best and the fastest check in ever. Thank you.

Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

Rooms smelled of uncleaned bathrooms. I couldn’t sleep or shower. They didn’t even try to help us bring our luggage’s down from the taxi. Gave us 1 towel in each room and 1 key card. The condition of the hotel was not up kept.

3 star hotel in Manila City centre. Rougher area around hotel but hotel is easy to find, has good A/C and large room. Some bad smells and pests in and around building. Pool is nice.

The rooms at The Alpha Suites are so spacious, you literally feel expanded the moment you walk into the unit. It’s such a good size for big families plenty of room to move, breathe, and just relax together. The poolside area feels like paradise. So quiet, so clean, the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Inah the manager, Hannah at the front desk, and Rigor all showed such warmth in making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. Highly recommend The Alpha Suites for families looking for space, peace, and genuinely great service. We’ll definitely be back!
