Overall stay was good, clean room and bedding. Staff are helpful especially Joseph . One nishap was the first night, we arrived late and checked in to our room with a stale sewage smell. Had a bad night sleep but changed our room to a renovated clean room. Why isn't housekeeping inform the reception about the odor . thodoroom. My

I accidentally injured my forehead ( hit on the edge of the luggage rack) and the staff were very prompt to help me get a premium Didi to the nearest hospital. When I returned to the hotel, they have removed the luggage rack and added anti-slip mats in the toilet for my safety and even gave me complimentary fruits and a get well card. Thank you so much!

Nice accommodation for halal food
Good hotel especially for Muslims tourist because of its close to mosques and halal restaurant. But the location is quiet far from subway station and the surrounding was filled with dusty areas from construction activities.
