Great room. Friendly staff. Good location.

Overall the location of this hotel was great and the air conditioner in my room kept me cool for my entire week’s stay. The breakfast was fresh and I appreciated how many different options they offered each day for different cultural tastes. However, I booked this hotel because of the nice photos and because Expedia listed it as a 4-star property but it definitely was not. My room did not even have its own window and I had no view of the outside. When I asked for a room with a window like the photos showed, they told me I would have to pay even more, which was a real disappointment after traveling for 24hrs and arriving to find out I was essentially blindsided for the entire week. The pool was nice but I just wish it truly matched the 4-star quality it claimed to have. The room also did not feel very clean and had more of a motel feel where dirt and grime slowly build up and start to show when things are not properly maintained. There also did not seem to be any designated quiet hours since the doors were not soundproof and the hallways echoed so much that you could hear everyone opening their doors and having loud conversations throughout the night.

The room was clean and spacious, with beautiful river views. The service was excellent as well. The hotel also had a very good gym. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel!

The hotel is a bit rundown and didn’t quite meet my expectations for a 5-star property. The carpet in our room was dirty and slightly smelly, with visible stains on both the carpet and the walls. However, the customer service was absolutely top tier. The manager and staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating to all my requests. When I contacted the front desk to share my concerns about the room’s cleanliness, the manager sincerely apologized and showed me another room. However, I quickly realized that the rooms are generally similar, which makes sense given the hotel has been open for about 14 years. Despite the condition of the rooms, I truly enjoyed my 7-night stay not because of the facilities, but because of the amazing staff. Their friendliness and professionalism made a big difference and really stood out.

From check-in to check-out, staff was fantastic. Room was spacious & clean. Highly recommend the seafood buffet in the hotel. Many options with beef choices. Elevators could be better given the size of the hotel but great stay. Great Location.

What stood out was the kindness of the staff. I arrived 5 hours before check-in. The desk clerk suggested I do a little sightseeing around the area. But I was exhausted from traveling so I laid on a tile bench. After a few minutes, the clerk told me that the manager, a Vietnamese American, had given permission for me go to my room immediately.
