The property represents good value for money. It’s a well located apartment block and is functional in terms of microwave/ dishwasher/ laundry facilities.
I would put it at the higher end of 3 stars.
I guess the bigger question is would I stay here again? Yes I would but for one or two nights maximum.
The shower area needs some refurbishing and I know the carpeted area by the TV needs a deep clean - that’s not to say it’s bad but an area for the housekeeping staff to focus on - alongside management allowing extra time for that to happen.
Previous reviews have mentioned lack of hot water particularly in the morning- that was not the case when I visited.
