Staff were courteous. Fair and reasonable value for money.

We were allowed early check in on arrival - much appreciated. Room was well appointed and completely clean. The weather was in the high 30’s but the A/C was easily up to the task. Staff was very helpful. The included breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Staff were excellent. Location excellent across the road from Tram, Train and Casino. Occasionally 1-2 Lifts were out of service, due to the building construction going on. Spa bath didn’t work in the room. Instructions should be provided for thr washing machine/dryer combo.

The exterior of the building and driveway to the hotel were filthy and looked like they have never been cleaned. The enrty area needs a good clean with a gurney and should be swept as a minimum every morning from all the debris blowing in from the street.

Bathroom amenities not topped up and Reception staff very half hearted in this trip

Great location. Close to city and beaches. The staffs are friendly.
