This is a very comfortable hotel and great location. Minor issues 1/I had trouble with ordering a cab in advance (arrived late) and 2/ I am still waiting for my electronic invoice (needed to claim the expense).

Experiences here have been a little hit and miss recently.
One staff member however, I believe his name is Stephen, has top tier professionalism.
He really stands out.
Incredibly accomodating and very very professional.
I’ve been a regular customer on GC for a lot of years now, but unfortunately the service standard has deteriorated tremendously over the last year or so.
