Greater Western Sydney Cheap Holidays

Tv didn’t work, option the chrome cast but didn’t work, was locked out of bathroom so receptionist had to come and unlock it; this didn’t seem a new thing. Ordered room service - waited 50 minutes and called down to reception and was told a ticket never came through and was asked to wait another 20/30 minutes. Came just over 30 mins later with 2 free kitkats and a free coke but steak was ordered medium rare and was well done, ordered fried rice and was given undercooked white rice. Bathroom floor was all variations of white through black. The only plus to this place is the lovely receptionist everything else I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.
