Let’s start with the positives: the music playing in the casino was always great music. S/O to whoever is in charge of that! Thank you housekeeping for having the right tools I needed. Life saver. The hotel is outdated, dark, they charge a daily resort fee and for what? The gym is missing equipment, the layout is awkward and small, the only toiletries available were toilet paper or existed in the shower and the garage parking lot is creepy and confusing.

Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Convenient location, but there can be heavy traffic on street to parking garage if there is an event at the T-Mobile arena or Dolby Live.

The bed was terribly soft and felt worn out, we asked to be changed to another room and were promptly given a new room which was fine. We have stayed at the Horseshoe many times before going back to when it was Bally’s. Hotel needs refurbishing, specially the lobby area.

This hotel is perfectly located for getting around the Las Vegas Strip. Price is accetable. I recommend this hotel.
