Staff was lovely. Extra pillows and a hairdryer were provided upon request. Location right next to tram is excellent and made our trip so simple. Three of us spent 6 days in a room together and it was fine for us. Downsides: Constant stream of air freshener being sprayed by the lifts was overwhelming ...
