Despite booking several Months in advance we were given a room that ‘had not yet been renovated’!
Room was tired with chipped paintwork, tired kitchen and bathroom and had not been cleaned very well with an old water bottle under the sofa and various dust and other bits under it the bed…..and stains on sofa cushions…!
The main bed was very hard and so I asked for a topper which was supplied after reminding them a few hours later.
Hotel is a great location for Darling Harbour and Sydney CBD with friendly staff and nicely renovated reception…..maybe we were just unlucky?

We were welcomed by Emily at Front of House who was so helpful. She gave us great recommendations and really made us welcome.
My only disappointment was due to booking through Expedia only 1 breakfast was included whereas if we had booked direct both guests would receive breakfast.
Otherwise the stay was ideal.
The area is great, 10 minute walk to most places, circular quay, the rocks, old sydney, the shopping area in Pitt Street.

We loved our stay, we were attending a wedding. It was perfect and very convenient room and Bed was clean and comfortable. Block out blinds were perfect. We also loved check out time was 11am. Plenty of time for a sleep in.
Only thing my husband hated was the design of the bathroom. No door. A Open bathroom plan.
There was smoked glass doors to the loo and shower but didn’t go to the ceiling. Not private or smell proof. If laying in bed you could hear everything
Parking was easy and easy plenty.
