I stay here every few weeks for work and it’s gets better each time. The staff, especially Deepak at the front desk, are incredible. The hotel is spotless and the facilities and dining options are always fabulous.

There are definitely areas for improvement at this property. It was one of the cheaper options in the area, so you get what you pay for. Biggest issue was the mattress in the main bedroom - so hard it felt like you were sleeping on a plank of wood. The owner did reach out for feedback and stated it’s only recently been taken over by them and improvements are on the way. Location was absolutely perfect, close to darling harbour, Chinatown, ferries, train and trams. Definitely the best part of the hotel is where it’s located!
