I had such a great experience at 1 Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can really tell that they care about the guest experience, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was fantastic. I also loved the hotel’s strong focus on sustainability and its eco-friendly approach. The design feels thoughtful and beautiful, while still being comfortable and inviting. The whole hotel has such a cool, relaxed vibe — stylish without feeling pretentious. The amenities were fantastic as well. The gym was excellent, the pool was a great place to relax, and the day spa was absolutely wonderful. Everything felt well considered and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. It’s close to DFO, Southern Cross Station, and several tram stops, making it really easy to get around and explore Melbourne. Having everything so accessible was a definite bonus. Overall, 1 Hotel is a fantastic combination of great service, beautiful design, sustainability, amazing amenities, and a convenient location. The friendly staff, attention to detail, cool atmosphere, gym, pool, day spa, and easy access to transport all made for a memorable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Reception Staff and Bar Staff were fantastic but unfortunately staff at breakfast weren’t as good (seemed like it was the last place they wanted to be working) Also my room had a half empty bottle of wine in fridge and when cleaned it seemed that only half was done (they didn’t replace sparkling water that had been drunk and Aldo left fresh towels but didn’t remove used ones

Staff were great, room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, ask for a room at the back of the hotel, the front is noisy.

Highly recommended. Staff were amazing best service we have ever had. Valet was a stand out with service. Breakfast was wonderful fresh and service excellent.

Check in was held up by a faulty eftpos machine and manager asking for us to check we have enough money. No compensation or apologies for causing embarrassment to us. Property seemed clean enough but room we stayed in seemed unfinished

Awesome accomodation was the perfect spot for our quick trip. Host was amazing and super accomodating and even let us check in earlier as we arrived on an early flight. The apartment has everything you need and is a hop, skip and stone throw away from the inner city. Absolutely loved this spot would definitely come back again!

Poor maintenance of plumbing, basin washers worn, shower head water more on to ceiling under pressure than thru the nozzle. While good central heat & cool, the low fan noise so high I needed to make it turn off to sleep. Yet the room itself was good so attention to existing services required really let's it down
