The staff was amazing, especially housekeeping and the Cateen Hall employees

My suggestion is that your room service needs to pay more attention, as no one cleaned my room since I arrived.

There is no carpet anywhere in the hallways and rooms, so noise ricochets everywhere. I was woken up a number of times late at night by drunk guests returning to their rooms after partying. The shower did not get particularly hot - I could not get the water to get more than lukewarm. The blanket on the bed was so minimal I had to crank up the heater to be warm enough to sleep.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating, responding to any housekeeping requests almost immediately. The hotel is in a nice area near many places. Easily walkable!
