The property itself is lovely, well positioned convenient to the airport and AEON mall nearby which they also have a free shuttle to. The staff of course are lovely as always in Japan. However there are a couple of negatives. 1. Room size, its ok, there is not much space tor a suitecase, you can not have it open and walk around it really. But main issue i had 2. Was it was very noisy, not the planes going past but rooms themselves. You can heat the water pump make a noise whenever anyone turns on water, makes it sound like doors slamming. You can hear people talking in the next rooms even when they arent being loud. Can hear toilets flush, showers run and so on. There needs to be much better sound proofing and a check of the water pump noise issues. Breakfast was good
