It was the most terrible experience of our life. We paid more than $700 /night but the place was not even 1* The room was small, ants crawling and small washroom with no towels. We are both over 65 and hotel was on a mountain. We want a full REFUND.

The location of the hotel is Excellent. The rooms and hotel is very outdated. I don't how this is being passed through as a 4 star hotel, unbelievable.
