One of the primary reasons I chose this hotel was to save on dining expenses, and this was a major inconvenience. Additionally, I noticed that the website stated a late check-out option was available "subject to availability" and free of charge for an extra hour. However, when I requested this, I received a generic response stating that I would need to pay a \$30 fee, despite the website's conflicting information. This discrepancy left me somewhat disappointed.

Clean and great service! Very well located close to important points, transportation and cafes.

I had a comfortable 3-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were very friendly, especially Jennifer. It’s so close to Southern Cross that I could go everywhere easily. Would definitely stay here again!

Just found the room air conditioning fan a little loud (even on lowest settings)
