Beautiful location and good selection for breakfast, but poor air conditioning and not very walkable to nearby areas like the train station. Still remains an excellent value.

When we booked we wanted hotel that at least had a swimming pool. When we booked this Hotel they advertised both a pool and a spa. However, when we arrived the spa looked as through it had not been used in a very long, long time. Entry to the pool was blocked off. We were told that the pool had been broken for 3 days, awaiting parts. Checking their latest add and now, no pool or spa advertised. I get the feeling we were conned, if anyone has has a swim prior to the 25July2026 please advise. Travellers rely on a truthfull ads and platforms to make informed decisions and I feel.that we have been woo fully mislead in this case. Lesson do your research on anything you want to book and co firm in writing with the provider so you don't get defrauded.

I was expecting complete comfort and rest after the long journey, especially considering the high amount I paid for the room. Unfortunately, one of the rooms was not ready until 5 PM, and the other even later than that?! Just as the hotel charges the full nightly rate if I fail to arrive, they should also commit to refunding the cost of the first night due to their delay in preparing the rooms. What made me remain silent and show a great deal of patience was my appreciation for the hotel staff and their efforts.
