I didn't like that the weekend cleaning staff weren't very thorough. In room dining menu was scarce of meat dishes, but the food was delicious anyway. There was also a Sundays and public holidays surcharge on room service. However the room itself, was fantastic! The view was nice, the room and furniture were neat, tidy and clean. An in-room coffee pod machine with complementary pods and bottled water. The bed was extremely comfortable and luxurious. The staff were great and very helpful. Unfortunately there was no information upon/during booking about the gym and pool currently being under renovation. This was very disappointing as access to these facilities were at 2 seperate locations within an 800m radius of Ovolo. This was disclosed to me only at check-in.

Would highly recommend this great value for money options, great location ,heaps dinning options - car parking is the only down side with this one - but there is a vallet car parking option $$$

I think the bathrooms could with a thorough scrub , and maintenance as around the hand railing near toilet the cover over the screws was sliding around, shower curtain replaced, mould in the grouting, other than that it was comfortable and mainly clean

Stayed for one night. Fabulous room and facilities. Glen hotel for breakfast and dinner were expensive but delicious. Would highly recommend to stay again!

The property was clean and easy to check into. If you travel to the west tip of the island, there is a little hidden golf gem. The people were very nice and friendly. The hide-a bed couch mattress was horrible as an adult. Paper thin and killed my back. The main bed was ok. Screaming birds are loud! Bring earplugs ;-)
