Easy check in and pleasant staff. Room was spacious with views of the river. However, there was thick dust on the surfaces, especially the bedside tables, dirty glasses with lipstick and finger marks, rips in the sheets and a strange strong smell.

I still feel when you book through a third party App, you automatically get the least impressive room in the property. The room was nice but was next to the lift, a window out into a wall, etc.
