The beds were comfortable, a bit firm, but they did the job. The vending machines in the hallway weren't good. They either didn't work or they stole our money. I wouldn't bother. The bistro downstairs was great! Good food and open for breakfast. A bit expensive but easier than going out for breakfast when we had a busy day ahead. The driver was rude, disrespectful and flat out should not be a driver. Drove like we were in the movie Speed. She made a mother with her infant strapped to her chest fall when she started driving before people exited the bus. Then she refused to drive the rest of us to the hotel (which we didn’t want to be on the bus anymore). She is the absolute worst person to be welcoming people to LA.
