This hotel is really incredible - the staff is lovely, the rooms are big and comfortable and the grounds are just gorgeous and peaceful. I was devastated to only be there one night but it was awesome nonetheless

Great gym—very clean and well maintained.
The staff truly reflects Japanese hospitality: polite, attentive, and professional. The service throughout the hotel was excellent.
Breakfast was okay, but not outstanding. There could be more variety and better quality.
The bar has a beautiful view, but I was disappointed that hotel guests are charged an additional fee to enjoy to sit where the view is. Considering the room rates, this should be included for guests.
