Enoshima Beach Holidays

Good location nice to have free toiletries but would have loved to have some coffee and creamer in the rooms

The hotel was brand new, with lovely wooden floors and decor. Check in was easy and welcoming and location is close to shops, restaurants and Ueno station. The room is a large open space (we had three people in the flower room). There was also a portable cooking hob if you need to do simple cooking. We thought it was great value for the busy season we were in Tokyo. There wasn’t much to fault, only one minor things which may have made the stay even better- another option for pillow (although this may have been available, and I just didn’t ask).

Brand new property from the MONday chain. Rooms are large with Apart-Hotel style amenities. Washer and dryer in the room made it quite convenient. Rooms are fully functional and only small minor complains. The proximity to the VERY busy Yamanote and Shinkansen lines literally on your window made it slightly inconvenient, although it was not horrible... The AC blows literally on the beds. There was no way to change the direction of the flow. It would help tremendously to put a diverter in the AC unit.

Great location for transport links.

The room was clean and spacious, with great views. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower, which was a nice touch. I also had a drink at the bar, and the barman was excellent. I asked him to recommend a good Japanese whisky and expected he might suggest the most expensive option, but instead he recommended one of the more affordable choices on the menu—and it turned out to be excellent.

The rooms are spacious, staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is closer to Shinagawa station, handy to 7-11 and other amenities

Absolutely beautiful luxury hotel. Welcoming staff and concierge service specific to Hanakohro is a nice feature that distinguishes one’s stay and makes it even more special. Restaurants onsite are very nice, although a bit on the pricey side. The garden is very relaxing.

There are plenty of 5 star hotels to choose from in Tokyo but we were glad we chose this one for our first trip to Japan. The room was comfortable and blended Japanese and Western styles and was serviced thoroughly every day. We made good use of the club lounge for breakfasts, snacks and drinks in the evening and had dinner one time in each of Origami and the teppanyaki section of Suiren, the fine dining restaurant. Each time the food was excellent and well-presented. What really stood out for us though was the staff. Each and every one was unfailingly polite, welcoming and helpful, with good English. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tokyo next time we come.

The staff at the rose garden were lovely, to deal with and extremely helpful! I found both the hotels breakfast buffet and its Italian dinner options to be delicious. My room was very clean and featured both a full sized refrigerator, and also powerful AC system. The short walk to the nearby Tokyo Metro Marunouchi line was part of why I picked this hotel and as expected it was a major boon to my getting around Tokyo, less expected was the short walk to the government building and its nighty light shows, which provided me with a great deal of entertainment during my stay there

Excellent service, beautiful location, I was there for four days on the vacation. Room sizes are large and places is quiet and serene.

A perfect hotel near Haneda airport if you’re on an early flight out. Lovely rooms. Lovely staff. A restaurant on-site and a convenience store round the corner. Free regular shuttle bus to all terminals seats 12, but plenty of taxis / Ubers around too.
