very very old. maintenance not kept up. water marks an wall. our bed had a sheet stuff underit that we could not pull out!!. it must have been there awhile and the cleaners never removed it. had to move the couch so we could see the TV and found it dirty and old socks under it. again not cleaned peoperly. i didi like the fact that it had a full kitchen. it was too close to a busy road and the fact that the buyilding was so old ment you heard all the traffic going passed at all hours.

Adequate sized 2 bedroom apartment with balcony, but in a run down condition. Inside, Could do with new furniture and painting. No outside chairs/ table for use on balcony, which was a shame.
We did not use cooker, choosing to eat out. So can't say how effective it works. Not enough glasses to have a wine. ( only 1 in cupboard).
