Very clean room, lots of space in rooms and bathrooms. Restaurant was great food but need a bit of TLC. Staff are amazing and location is excellent.

The hotel was well kept and local to amenities. The room was great value. I liked that it came equipped with a coffee machine / ironing board etc.
Staff were polite and helpful; they allowed us to leave our luggage prior to checking in and then again on departure day.
Great stay, would definitely return.

we had a disability bathroom. it was very basic and definately not romantic.
the room was tired and the wall next to the bed was noticeably marked and dirty.
the bed was comfy but just s plain quilt no throw. so it was drab when u walked into the room. this was not a cheap room. $350 aud. and then $65 for breakfast for 2.
not good enough.
the trainee on reception was not friendly and not helpful and not happy.
the shuttle was great.
breakfast was good.
i dont want to stay in a disability room again thanks

A nice short walk to the small picturesque village and the castle.
