"The proximity of the property to downtown Dublin is unbeatable. Being located between the Guinness Storehouse and the Temple Bar made walking a breeze. The parking was extremely secure and I felt comfortable leaving my rental car. My only issue was exiting the locked car park early in the morning. I was given a number to call if I left before 10am to open the gate. They were helpful, but it still took ~20 minutes before I could get out of the car park. "

"This was a good choice for a 1 night stay. If staying several nights in Dublin, I would probably go elsewhere. The location was very good: a short walk to the Liffey River and touristy section of Dublin. The immediate Area of LIVStudent Dublin was less touristy and had some good pubs (Cobblestones has good live music, Walsh's Pub had great atmosphere, bartenders, and friendly locals) and restaurants (Lavanda, Wuff). We weren't told where to have breakfast and we got lost trying to find it, then we didn't get told what we could eat in terms of our coupons and we didn't get to eat the following two days after paying for it. I enjoyed my stay. 20 min walk to central Dublin and it's a nice easy flat walk. The surrounding area seemed safe and quiet. There were some unusual bumps at night! But I used earplugs, just seemed to be a lot of activity in the apartment block also, the bed was a bit lumpy but nothing I couldn't sleep on and through. "You get what you pay for. It was the least expensive of the hotel options in Ireland. Not that close to the attractions, but public transportation is easily accessible. The room gives you the basics. No tv, coffee maker or hair dryer. There is a coffee shop and a convenient store on the ground floor. There is a shared kitchen on every floor. It suit our needs since we were out most of the time."

"It's very central location, though sketchy enough late at night.. like any major city Dublin despite its relaxed vibe has a drug problem and to be aware of your soroundings is important.. Take common sense care and you should enjoy your visit. "Good sized studio, well equipped, quiet, comfortable, secure. Oven but no microwave. Lighting very low in the living area. Mattress was saggy and lumpy - needed a new one. Cafe downstairs, open until mid afternoon. Excellent location on the Liffey River, walking distance to just about everywhere within about 15-20 minutes. Cross the Ha'penny Bridge to the Temple area with lots of restaurants and bars. Trams on the block behind, buses out the front. "
