The low cost was the main attraction. It is literally a room in someones house but we were made very welcome. Be prepared to take off your shoes on entry. I had been traveling for many hours so my feet were nit quits fresh. The bed is very comfortable. The pool and spa is 1.5 miles away in a leisure centre so we didn’t bother

Hi we always have a lovely stay at your hotel and I've given Google reviews to say so. I thought I would just mention though that this time our room was a let down. It was more of a cosy room than an executive. No where to put anything and my partner smashed his head twice. I would say it was more like the staffs quarters from years ago. I would recommend you just check the rooms description because apart from the towels nothing else was executive about it. But, we love your hotel and you know that I just wanted to give you some feedback.

We stayed one night ahead of a birthday celebration in Maidenhead. All aspects of this hotel met our high expectations. Late check out and extra parking charges were waived for us. One tiny thing: could there be hooks for coats in the room?

Hotel staff was so friendly, accommodating and helpful!

Dispensers for hand wash,shampoo etc impossible to dispense! The overhead shower was whatever the opposite of monsoon is. A mere trickle. Bed comfortable. More milk needed for coffees.

Reception staff were very welcoming, even though the whole hotel lost power and there was very noisy building works. My room was upgraded and I cannot have been more impressed with the facilities.

Great Staff, clean room, great location....I would stay there again on y next trip to London.
