Beside the noise from an on going construction during the day, all services are excellent.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, spotless, and incredibly well-maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making the entire experience feel luxurious, relaxing, and truly unforgettable. What made our stay even more special was the amazing staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our entire visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of at all times. Their hospitality made us feel at home the moment we arrived. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, easily one of the best we’ve had. There were plenty of delicious options, everything was fresh and beautifully prepared, and each morning started perfectly because of it. The villa exceeded all our expectations in every way. From the outstanding service to the beautiful atmosphere and incredible food, everything was simply perfect. We truly appreciate all the effort the team put into making our stay memorable. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

Again as with all our other hotels we have stayed in Vietnam the staff was the high point

Big hotel and staffs get annoyed when they speak to you in English but you couldn’t understand. The breakfast was so over packed with hundreds of convention guests while i stayed. Hotel did not have enough staff to support the flow. Walking to the pool was pleasant with its foliage. Pool was nice and decent size. Also sitting next to the beach. Finally, The only beach bar opens at night but lack of vibe or guests. No music and food wasn’t impressive.

Poop was great, staff super friendly & very helpful.

The only thing you have to pay separately for the sauna like $10 normally all the 5 stars hotels when they have sauna it’s free

I booked three reservations for a total of six nights and only stayed one. It is located on the other side of everything in Hoi An. No restaurant or coffee shops nearby and it was a 15 minute Grab ride to go anywhere. The pool looked amazing, but there was no shade and it was far too hot out to be in the direct sun. The room was not nearly as nice as the photos looked. When I walked down the street, I felt like I was being harassed by all the local massage places, it just didn’t feel safe or welcoming. I ended up losing all my money, but there was no way I was going to stay somewhere and be miserable.
