Room was fine, staff friendly and helpful.
Issue was lifts when the hotel was busy, taking ages to get down to breakfast. One lift out of 3 was broken.
Noisy neighbours partying was dealt with and issue with noise the next night was also dealt with.

Great hotel, comfortable room, good amenities, central location. We moved here after a very uncomfortable experience at the Mayfair with aweful bed and tired room - the Sofitel was MUCH better.
