Beautiful room facing Bellagio fountain when we got into correct room. We booked a fountain facing room for more money but when we checked in they didn’t have availability of our room so we had to use a less expensive room for first night and then move to correct room the next day. That wasn’t fun and they couldn’t refund the price difference, however, they did remove the amenity charge for one day and gave us some room credit for food. A reasonable compromise.

Absolutely loved our stay. Staff was wonderful and always helpful. Security was on point and I never felt unsafe. We absolutely felt comfortable and it was our home away from home. Central location attached to the mall and Planet Hollywood. Right on the strip but tucked away for peace. We will stay again. Only downside was the pool wasn't open. ☹️

The room was in the W Las Vegas hotel next to Mandalay Bay, which was not specified at any point during the reservation. Mandalay beach/pool access was included but kind of a hassle based two different front desk areas.
