Beautiful hotel, with beautiful views, ocean front and centrally located near great food and shopping

Loved the vibe , pool and staff

The hotel is under heavy renovation/construction which causes a lot of noise and issues. One day the hot water was off from 10 am to 3 pm. To get from the rooms to the front desk you have to walk through a roped off path beside a large area where the workers are working, which will be the lobby. The staff gave us an upgrade to reduce the noise and accommodated early check in. The room was exceptionally beautiful with all of the modern features. I think this hotel will be really nice when all of the renovations are complete, but I don’t think that will be for some time.

Extremely beautiful Hotel full of amazing restaurants

Not on the beach, 1st ocean view room we were given was a view to parking. Second ocean view room we got was a partial ocean view, although paid for ocean view, have to go to the side of the balcony to see any ocean.

Extremely beautiful Hotel full of amazing restaurants

This hotel was perfect for our needs! It's literally 1 block from Waikiki beach, and there are restaurants and shops everywhere. I loved the complimentary coffee, and the staff are wonderful! We were able to check our luggage after check out while we went to Pearl Harbor. When we returned from our tour, the staff retrieved our luggage quickly and got us a cab to take us to our cruise port. I definitely recommend if you are looking for simple accommodation in a perfect location in Honolulu. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to do karaoke in the on-site bar, but we could hear the music from the lobby and I met the bar staff one night. They were super friendly and the next time I'm in Honolulu I will definitely be going there for some karaoke and fun!
