Maui Beach Holidays

Upon arriving the desk clerk was a little short .I thought it was we were chevking in late. We were asked to pay 40.00 a night for parking self park or 45.00 a day valet parking.wow so for our stay of 13 days it was 480.00 The staff at the restaurant was short we had ants on our table and asked to sit elsewhere. When we were moved the staff was rude. Another couple sat at the same table only to be moved due to ants.the cleaning staff were great and the rooms were kept.While checking out The person on the desk was short.We asked to take care of our tab so we could just leave and not have to check out in the am with the crowd she acknowledged but went on to do other things we askef again and it seemed like we were bothering her .i think a class in customer service would be a good idea. Absolutely beautiful property. Peaceful, quiet, with all necessary amenities on site. Staff was helpful, pleasant and friendly.

Having our own kitchen and very large balcony was true luxury. The communication with the Aston staff as well as the staff at the front desk and the concierge were all exceptional. It was very helpful having a grocery store close by and walkable restaurant and shopping options. The beach access was exceptional with amazing water for swimming for children and families alike. We were able to schedule a photo shoot for our family on the premises and had amazing results. It was extremely easy to get towels for the pool, the beach and all of our offsite excursions. Our apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious, and we had plenty of towels and clean linens and just absolutely loved everything about our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home except with paradise outside our front door.

We will absolutely return to this resort in Wailea. Great staff and everything you could possibly need was on property. Great Luau and Pool for the family!
