I had a wonderful stay at The Alpha Suites in Makati, and overall, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel more like a serviced apartment than a typical hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and having a kitchen area was a big plus, especially for longer stays. The hotel’s amenities are impressive. The gym, swimming pool, and recreational facilities are some of the best I’ve seen—perfect for both relaxation and staying active. Everything was well organized and not overly crowded, which made the experience even better. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. Security was also excellent, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Location-wise, it’s very convenient, with easy access to Makati’s business district, restaurants, and nearby malls. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel itself felt quiet and peaceful. Overall, The Alpha Suites is an excellent choice for couples, families, business travelers, or anyone looking for comfort and quality in Makati. We had a wonderful stay, the host went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, had amazing views of the city, the airconditioner worked great, all usual amanities provided along with extras like shampoo and soap,it was also close to 3 major shopping centres, and not far from the airports.I would highly recomment this condo to anyone. And will definately rebook on our next vacation to the Philippines.

One of the best, or possibly the best property I have stayed at. Very comfortable, and clean. The host thinks of everything, providing clear instructions, and even local intel. Very professional, but friendly. Service is excellent, the host has personal on site to assist if needed. I will definitely try to stay here again when I am in Manila.

It’s actually my daughter’s stay at Polaris when we did FaceTime call I can see how clean and neat her room is! Staff are very friendly! Most importantly shes was safe as this was her first trip to Manila for her job application abroad! Yeah overall 5star!
