Great ocean view, clean room, excellent location. Outdoor and indoor spa, steam room and sauna was good too.

The adevExtremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Our experience with this accommodation was terrible from the beginning. Firstly, one of the front door keys kept jamming in the lock, and it took us around half an hour just to get the door open and gain access to the property. This was incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable. The check-in and key collection process was also extremely inconvenient and, in my opinion, not properly or clearly advertised on the Expedia listing. We had to travel to a separate location just to pick up the key, then pay for an Uber back to the accommodation. At checkout, we had to do the same thing again — catch another Uber just to return the key. The whole process was an absolute mission and made what should have been a simple check-in and checkout unnecessarily stressful, time-consuming and expensive. On top of that, the hairdryer in the bathroom was practically useless because the nozzle did not even fit properly, making it difficult to use.

The following were excellent: -Qstay staff very friendly and professional -Location right in the middle of Surfers with shops right outside the door -Easy parking -Nice view of the beach The following feedback was provided: -Kitchen and laundry cabinets were water damaged and require replacement due to mould -Ensuite unusable due to low hot water pressure -There was caked silicone applied around the ensuite toilet base which was an offputting brown / yellow colour. -Both shower recesses contained black mould which would be easy for housekeeping to remove -Wifi low speeds -The office to collect the keys from is very hard to find -AC units caked in dust as hadn't been cleaned.

This is such an amazing find. Our usual stays weren’t available so after several searches we found Pacific Views Resort. What a find. Great value, such beautifully maintained and presented accomodation overlooking the ocean and a 3-5 min walk from the best village centre with bars, cafes, restaurants and an IGA, bakery etc. we will most definitely be back. There is also a cafe just below the hotel which was amazing. And if you have serious food allergies, it’s fully able to accomodate.

We have stayed at Belair on 2 previous occasions at this will be our last. Our room on this occasion was in need of major refurbishment and furniture fittings update, perhaps we were allocated this 1 bedroom apartment because we booked through Expedia rather than the resort site. When we arrived in the apartment it smelt of doggydoo And there were brown marks on the carpet possibly off the soles of the previous tenants, when we used the vacuum cleaner it filled the apartment with the doggydoo smell, management removed the vacuum cleaner.There were also large footprint impressions on the carpet which we raised with reception on two occasions as we did not wish to be charged for the damage. They were still there 6 days later when we left

Booked a week out and got a very reasonable price especially given proximity to beachfront. Was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade on check-in to a two bedroom apartment with a lovely sea view from the balcony and main bedroom. Jane checked me in and was very helpful and friendly. I had a small suv rental car and my allocated carpark was a tight squeeze next to a pole, but luckily no one parked on one side of me which was a relief! Could be tricky for nervous drivers or larger vehicles. Location is perfect with an easy walk along beachfront to either Broadbeach one way or Surfers the other. There is also a local convenience store close by for any essentials if you don’t have time to travel further and a BWS within a 10min walk also.
