Koh Adang All inclusive Holidays

The hotel/resort is very beautiful and clean. We arrived before 11 am and received complimentary early check-in. The room (37-719) is so spacious and I love the sunken living room. I booked a room with Sphere view and got it, with bonus golf course and mountain views. Another feature I like is the toilet has a separate door in the bathroom. The tub is separate from the shower. Housekeeping is daily. All the staff we encountered are respectful and professional. Our favorite restaurant is the Grand Lux Cafe and there are 2 of them, the smaller one is open 24/7 and the bigger one until 2am. This is our second time at the Palazzo and highly recommend it and will choose it again next time.

Great variety in choices for breakfast. I did not like it when you have to eat all at the same time and family member can’t follow. Bathroom clean but not plastic liner in the garbage. Some housekeepers don’t know how to speak English and can’t answer when asked.

Overall, our stay was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we experienced was that the TV in the living/common area was not working. Maintenance came out to take a look and advised that it was a programming issue. Fortunately, the TV in the bedroom worked, but it was still disappointing not to have the main TV available during our stay. We were told that compensation would be provided for the inconvenience, so we are currently waiting to see how that is handled. If they make it right, I will definitely stay here every time I return to Las Vegas. In the past, I usually stayed at Caesars Palace or Tropicana, but I think I may have found my new favorite place. I really enjoyed the casino, as well as the variety of food and shopping options available on the property. Overall, I would rate my experience a 9 out of 10, with the TV issue being the only reason it wasn’t a perfect score. Lastly- The Location is 5min ride to airport as well great place to be able to walk to manny other casinos, shops & attractions. With an excellent view of the strip.

Nice rooms, comfy beds, very clean casino and common areas. All the staff was very helpful and genuinely kind and courteous. Location was central for us wanting to get to Red Rock and out west and also convenient to the strip/downtown without all the congestion. Will definitely stay again when we go back to Vegas.

Everything about this place was great. I guess the only thing that didn’t work quite well was the limousine service (that would’ve been free) but the electrical vehicle was being charged as we had arrived a little late to the hotel (at 8pm). We also got a free breakfast, but it wasn’t quite communicated as to what kind of breakfast it was.

Stunning property and incredible service. Thank you for a great stay in Hollywood!

Room was taken care of every day

Everything was great but for only 1 thing , it had just a couple roaches but I can see he’s working on the facility, hopefully that’s one of them, he should have that taken care of before ppl are in the rooms

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. Check in was quick. A kettle and water in the room would have been appreciated

You check in virtually which is nice for any non-social people, my room was very clean, they are small/ studio size, definitely less than 600sq ft for the 1-bed but very nice and pathetic, very well taken care of by their staff ! However not much parking
