"The breakfast is delicious. It is a menu type breakfast rather than buffet so it tastes fresh and there is a wide selection of food. The hotel is based next to walking street and walking distance to both pattaya beach and sunrise beach. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Great service from staff"

"This boutique hotel is steps away from the walking street and 3-5 min from Pattaya beach. It suits our need perfectly. Made-to-order breakfast is great. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. They drop off and pick up from boat station and snorkeling launch. Room may be a bit tight with wet shower/bathroom. Still very clean and cozy. "

"The best hotel I've stayed at on Lipe! Was a little dubious at first due to how cheap it was.. But the room is exceptional value for money!! They even provide a free shuttle to walking st between 7am - 8pm but fail to mention this on the booking!! Super king bed is so comfortable.. only negative is the pillows! I've been to koh lipe several times and this place blew my mind!!"

"We knew it was small, especially for a family with 3 children, but we were there for the sea and beach. Nice common area and free tea and coffee acted as our kitchen. Fridge was shared and saved us lots of eating out. Deal breaker was day 7 coming to the room and seeing a rat on our bed. No sleep that night, checked out early.No refund."

"Rooms are clean. Only few minutes walk to the beach but not a sea view.30m from start of walking street so very centrally located. Staff was friendly but very limited English skills. Next door local restaurant can be a bit noisy until early hours. "

"Their beach is cleaned every morning but there is an endless barrage of plastic in the sea. It is not slit if plastic but there area floating bottles and styrofoam. The lodge should collect the plastic at sea daily as well as clean their beach. The cool tubs in front of each room was a delight in the hot temperature. Great views of the sea from the room "
