We had an amazing room and the hotel was perfectly situated and very very upscale. That said I was surprised by their mandatory 25 euro charge at the roof bar. Clearly offers one of the best views of the canal must be a popular terrorist sign. We are already paying a premium, is offensive. We were in the mood for two Prosecco, which were €16 each. However, with their rule, those €16 drinks were €25. It may seem a minor point but show respect for your upscale guests who have chosen your hotel as the best place to stay rather than a tourist destination. .

Lovely clean hotel in a great location in Venice. The reception staff are excellent, the breakfast was good and the lady serving was lovely. Canal view, good bedding and a strong, hot shower. Small note, the shower is separate to the bathroom area and has no door or screen for those who want a little more privacy.
