Our room was great, it was very clean, and nicely decorated. The staff were amazing... so helpful and friendly and easy to communicate with . This hotel is in such a great spot, very close to lake and busy market streets but is quieter and easier to get to than many others .

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. This hotel felt like our oasis. The food, especially the breakfast buffet, was delicious. The spa is also excellent. I will stay here every time I am in Hanoi.

Loved my stay here. Central location, amazing service, breakfast was nice and the room was lovely. The bed was comfortable, shower was great. I will be back!
